On Saturday, May 21,2022, Snow Shoe Rails to Trails & Carns Equipment held DCNR Youth Certification Training at Carns Equipment in Clearfield. Bob Biggans, Mark Watson, Dwayne Cossar were the certified Trainers. First was the Classroom Training and DCNR Officers from the Black Moshannon Forest participated in this setting explaining where to ride and to have a good time but be safe. They also passed out various maps and literature to everyone.
A meal was provided Snow Shoe Rails to Trails and Carns Equipment to those that attended, parents and anyone else that stopped in.
