More Legalized ATV Roads Posted

Snow Shoe Rails to Trails volunteers were busy in Centre County, Philipsburg, Sandy Ridge and Newtown today. We installed atv signs on roads legalized for atv/utv use. A very productive day and we appreciate the help from Dave Crain to guide us to the various areas.

4th Annual Truck Stuff and More Spaghetti Dinner and Pine Creek 4 Wheelers Dice Run

People started parking on Thursday at Gillentown Trailhead to get their spots for the upcoming Dice Run and Spaghetti Dinner. Volunteers prep the parking area by purchasing 4 loads of 2B stone from TP Coal and spreading across the parking area. Andy Basalla routed out a new picnic table delivered by Shed World of Philipsburg for a brass plate prepared by Tom Donahey in honor of Melissa Bowers. Many volunteers aligned the tables and chairs at the Moshannon Community Center for social distancing. Volunteers ran to Adlers Meat Market of Philipsburg, Marks Meat of Lamar and Mt View Market Place of Kylertown to acquire the food for the event. Many compliments to the cooks Ruth Martin and Trilby Mayes for the great job done making the spaghetti. So many volunteers to thank for all the work done before, during and after the dinner. We want to thank the many members that came out to support the event along with Barry Kellerman of Truck Stuff and More and all the volunteers from Pine Creek 4 Wheelers. A big thank you to DJ Doug Katchik for playing the wonderful music during the spaghetti dinner. It takes alot of people to put such a successful event together and you all did shine for this event.
