Section of Peale Road Legalized

May 1, 2018, the Snow Shoe Rails to Trails posted the 2 1/2 mile section of Peale Road in Rush Township that was legalized recently by Rush Township Supervisors. This section is now legalized for atvs/utvs along with the rest of Peale/Gorton Road. The 2 1/2 mile section starts at the Snow Shoe -- Rush Township border and ends at the Red Moshannon Concrete Bridge. We want to thank Gary Halsnik, Ron Fye, Andy Basalla and Larry Mayes for their work to get this road posted. We also want to thank the Rush Township Supervisors for passing the resolution and ordinance.
