HB 544 - Liability Bill for Private Landowner - Update: 3-28-18 --
Larry Mayes received this update from Matt Wise - staff for Senator Corman's Office, Centre County. He advised that he had the opportunity to speak with Sen. Corman's legislative staff in Harrisburg yesterday while he was there for a few meetings. It seems that this bill does have support in the legislature and Senator Yaw has moved it out of the Environmental Resources Committee. There seems to be quite a few groups lobbying their support for the bill also.
