The Snow Shoe Rails to Trails wants to thank The Snow Shoe Township
Supervisors, Rodney Preslovich, John Yecina and George Haynes for their
continued support of the trail and to move ahead with the bridge
project. All three of them realize the positive economic impact the
trail has on businesses of the area and the importance of this bridge.
We also want to thank all three Centre County Commissioners for their
support and monies provided to the township towards this bridge
replacement. Thank you Steve Dershem, Michael Pipe and Chris Excharos.
We want to thank all of the SSRT members for your patience during the
gas line installation on the Kato Road. You patience has allowed them to
complete the installation with minimal issues. Now, some of the monies
from the gas line project will be devoted to the bridge replacement.
Also, we would like to thank them for the nice job done grading and
stoning the road in the section where the gas line was installed. Thank
you Union Pipeline.
