The
Snow Shoe Rails to Trails held a work detail on Tuesday, February
28,2017. Several areas needed addressed - Install 40ft of drainage pipe
and install headwall, clean out several ditches, grade some sections of
trail, cut trees from trail, dig out vertical pins. The following
bunch of volunteers gave up their day to help out with this project:
Gary Halsnick, Marlin Luse, Fred & Larry Lingle, Bob Harris, Ron Fye
and Larry Mayes. The Kubota Tractor purchased from one of our Corporate
Sponsors, Dotterer Equipment of Larmar and Bobcat Skid Steer purchased
from Best Line Equipment in Centre Hall were used for the job. Thank you
to both of them to help make the job easier.
