More Rush Township Roads Legalized For ATVs

The Snow Shoe Rails to Trails posted roads recently legalized by Rush Township. The work was coordinated with Rush Township Supervisors, Dave Jackson and Pat Romano and also the Philipsburg Fire Police - Dave & William Crain-- Thank you both for your help. 

SSRTA volunteers installing the signs were, Dave Renninger, Andy Basalla, Gary Halsnik, Tom Neff, Bob Harris & Larry Mayes. Roads legalized were the rest of Coaldale to Loch Lomond and Loch Lomond to the Philipsburg Borough Line. One Mile Road from Loch Lomond to Rt. 504 and entire Dike Road. We want to thank all those people involved in getting these roads legalized and to those volunteers doing the work. Please ride respectively in these areas.

Spaghetti Dinner Ride

3rd Truck Stuff & More/SSRTA Spaghetti Dinner Ride and CMATVA Dice Run
A large turn out for the spaghetti dinner sponsored by Truck Stuff and More of Bellefonte. Another great meal prepared by Ruth Martin & Trilby Mayes. Volunteers from the SSRTA and Center County Probation office helped make the event a success. Doug Katchik DJ'd the event and what a great job he did. So many people to thank for the event-certainly the corporate sponsors that helped provide products, food etc. Mark's Meat of Lamar, Adlers Meat Market of Philipsburg, Hall's Market in Snow Shoe, Mt View Market Place of Kylertown. Cindy does an excellent job of making the cakes - so much detail and last but not lease Truck Stuff & More-Barry Kellerman!! The SSRTA provided numerous door prizes and Barry Kellerman provided some extra special door prizes too - lantern type lights, tire repair kit and a nice camera for use on your helmt while traveling down the trail. Gary Halsnik of Snow Shoe won the camera. Ray Masenheimer of German Settlement won the 50/50- Congratulations Ray!!!Thank you all for you support of the trail & event!
